Hi Bruce, I just order the gel from ihealthtree.com ...It is a 70%-30% mix

with 30% being the DMSO..A mix with distilled water also works. You can

adjust the DMSO% to suit what your body will put up with...You can also use

MSM with distilled water or the aloe for pain...I get my MSM at the local

farm supply. Can also take it orally.. Lois

thank you for telling me abour ihealthtree. They are much less

expensive than VitaCost. I just ordered over $100.00 of DMSO

and Aloe Vera.
