I’m glad to hear I’m not the only one! I felt so stupid when I got the negative result and the doc laughed at me. Of course I was extremely happy about the negative result! :)

Kenda

Boy, are we a pair, and I will bet we are not the only ones who were tested

out of desperation to find out what we had.

As for potatoes and gravy, I just love my vegetables and fruits. I grew up

on a farm.

Hi Kathy,

Thank you for reminding me of Vital Choice. I just placed an order for salmon and halibut. :)

Kenda

Hey Kenda

Dr. Mercola's website directed me to Vital choice seafood about 2

years ago. They sell wild alaskan salmon that has been mercury

tested and has found to have virtually undetectable levels. These

are caught off the coast of alaska. I buy and eat only their

salmon. They are delicious. They have free shipping if you buy

over $100. We buy that much and put them in our freezer.

Good Morning, Dear Kenda:

Honey, I'm afraid of most everything. Our lives have been changed so much from these devices that our trust is gone. When I see more information on this drug, then and only then will I be willing to take it. Today, I'm paying for yesterday, because my chest wall is so sore. When I sit for too long, my chest wall feels as if it is caving in.

I did not know that canned food is dangerous; where did you get this information? We really try not to eat canned foods; however, sometimes we have canned soup. I buy sauces in glass jars if I can. Now, what about the salmon, tuna, and crabmeat? We cannot get fresh oceanfish here, or at least the kind that I would want to eat. What to do??

Love you.....Lea

I forgot about the acidophilus, I will see and ask him what I should be using. I'm sure that he will agree with you. He owns several health food stores here. I would never buy anything over the net. Did you know that back in the early nineties we became "Cash Cows" for everyone....including lawyers and doctors.

Thank you for trying to get me on the right track.

We all love you....Lea

Hi Lea, I have to tell you that N-acetyl-L Cysteine is not a drug. It is a supplement. I think it is an amino acid. Dr. Lykissa said it is the only thing they know of to get the ionized platinum out. I don't think it is dangerous at all and I have heard it recommended many times on different health sites for detoxing. If you have platinum you might want to ask your doctor if you can take it. Thank you sweetheart:

I will be calling Dr. Lykissa again. He told me to take this drug; however, Dr. Blais said that the treatment for removing Platinum from my body would be too traumatic for me!

Love you....Lea

Lea, Please let us know what Dr. Lykissa says. I don't want to overstep my bounds but it seems to me that we are all toxic from our implants and the effect they have had on our immune systems and until we detox and get these poisons out we will not get well. Good morning, Lea!

I don’t blame your distrust. You must be so frustrated with all that you have been through. My heart breaks when I read about your pain.

A previous naturopath told me to avoid canned foods in regular grocery stores. I don’t recall what they are made of, perhaps tin, which leaches into the food. Cans in the health food stores are different. Plastic bags also leach into food. Because you are so sick, I would avoid all possible places of toxicity. I ordered some sea food from vitalchoice.com last night. Their prices were actually lower than I usually pay in our local fish market and shipping was free. I ordered salmon and halibut. You might give them a try.

Take care,

Kenda

Ask if he can get Genestra brand. They have very strong probiotics. I order lots of things over the internet, things are generally cheaper than in the stores. I do only order from reputable businesses though. has a system for rating retailers so it makes it a bit easier to find retailers with a good reputation.

Kenda

I forgot about the acidophilus, I will see and ask him what I should be using. I'm sure that he will agree with you. He owns several health food stores here. I would never buy anything over the net. Did you know that back in the early nineties we became " Cash Cows " for everyone....including lawyers and doctors.

Thank you for trying to get me on the right track.

We all love you....Lea

Some people are so toxic that even the most gentle of detoxing can be extremely toxic to their bodies. I’m sure there must be a very gentle way for you to remove the toxins from your body but it will need to be an extremely slow and gentle process.

Kenda

Thank you sweetheart:

I will be calling Dr. Lykissa again. He told me to take this drug; however, Dr. Blais said that the treatment for removing Platinum from my body would be too traumatic for me!

Love you....Lea

Hi Anita,

You are right and wrong at the same time. Because of Lea’s severe illnesses, even the most gentle of detoxing can be toxic for her. She is very different than a lot of women here. What will work for the majority of us, could kill Lea. She needs to take it extremely slow and gentle and definitely with the help of her physician(s).

Kenda

Lea,

Please let us know what Dr. Lykissa says. I don't want to overstep my bounds but it seems to me that we are all toxic from our implants and the effect they have had on our immune systems and until we detox and get these poisons out we will not get well. Love, Anita

Actually

green vegetables do not thin the blood. They make clotting more

easy. That is why they recommend yoiu don't eat them on a blood

thinner. The truth is you can eat the green vegetables, but you

must be CONSISTENT. They can up or lower your coumadin medication

to fit your diet. But to maintain a fairly consistent level of

coumadin in your blood, you need to watch out for diet and medicines

and herbs that can alter that. So, long story short, you should be

able to eat veggies that alter the consistency of your blood, you

just need to always eat the same diet. The same would be true for

meds. Don't suddenly start or stop a supplement or med without

checking its affect on your blood. Many things can thin the blood---

aspirin, gingko biloba, enzymes, to name a few. When taking blood

thinners, you need to have periodic blood levels drawn---that is how

the doctors know that your blood is the right consistency to reduce

chance of blood clots. Most doctors don't want to have to mess with

factors such as diet and supplements so they just tell you to avoid

foods/herbs/medicines that can alter the viscosity of the blood.

But if you want to take something to improve your health, they

should be able to work with you so that you may do so. HOpe this

helps.

Thank you Dear Kathy:

You are right, I can eat small amounts of green vegatables and I do. My

doctors do bloodwork constantly so they know if I should cheat. I just want

my life back, I'm so sick of the balancing act. My big wish is that I do not

get Multiple Myeloma. The joint pain is frightening and I cannot take pain

medication.

Thank you for all the good information that you have given me...plus your

time.

Love you....Lea

Subject: Re: N-acetyl-L-cysteine - Lea

Actually

green vegetables do not thin the blood.

HOpe this

helps.

Hugs
