Our action is needed against GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms), the

approval of which is speeding up. The reason GMOs are so important to resist is

because they add unique, new, novel proteins into the food supply without

testing

to examine these proteins' effects on human health. Animal testing and use in

agriculture has raised questions about effects on reproductive health.

Those of us in the health freedom community want choice in the marketplace in

order to avoid ingesting GMOs. The only way we get choice is with labeling so

that

we know when GMOs are present.
