Thanks Lea

Breast Milk is a FOOD source.

Cc: fuchsmorrissey@...

Dear Barbara,

Because I know that breast milk is the most perfect

source of nourishment for our babies, I always breast

fed. As I was praying about the meetings in Washington

it came to me that the Dr.'s working on this issue are

from the Center for Devices and Radiological Health.

Why is the breast milk that is contaminated with the

leaking silicone, bacteria and fungus not being

examined by the DR's that check the formula fed to

babies that are not breast fed? I called Mead

and asked them a hypothetical question about a can of

formula. I asked, " If I opened a can of formula and it

had black fungus and bacteria in it could I feed it to

my baby? "

at Mead said that it should NOT be in the

can but if it were I should call them and they would

do a " Formal Investigation. " You can call to verify

this information at 1-800-baby-123. I also called

Gerber and spoke to and asked basically the

same question and she said that the only way black

fungus and bacteria would be in a jar of baby food was

if the jar had lost it's " safety seal " and it would be

contaminated. It should NOT be fed to a baby. Her

number is 1-800-4 Gerber. I feel the implants that are

being REMOVED should be analyzed by the same arm of

the FDA ** THE FOOD DIVISION ** that analyzes the

formula for Mead and Gerber.

I think this is a reasonable request. Every time I

look at the black fungus and leaking chemicals in and

on my implant I KNOW I should not have ever exposed my

children to it via the womb or through breast-feeding.

Barbara, please tell me the name of the contact in the

FOOD division of the FDA so that I may share all of my

concerns with him/her.

Thanks for all of your help.

God be with you,

PJ Brent
