Hello everyone,

i am wriitng to tell everyone that we are pleased to announce that soon

Treasures Galore will be opening. possibly as early as april of this year.

we have found a wonderful building and lot less than 2 miles from our house, it

is a 4 bedroom one bath house with garage, shop and a huge fenced in yard 100ft

by 140 ft all fenced in so we have pllenty of room to grow. it is part of an

estate sale and since are already preapporved it will be considerd a cash sale

for them, it is a beautiful very 'hurricane safe' bulding we will evacaute to

it if we do not have to leave teh area in event of a hurricane. it is 100 ft on

a major road in a avery growing residential turning commerical area. the rooms

are huge adn it has builtin book cases in 2 or 3 rooms already. . it is the

house of the origianl owners whom have both passed away. he apparetnly was a

handy man as the garage and wrokshop are all commercial grade wiring. it

already has cable and satelitte hookups. a failry new central heat adn air, as

well as the his and the her area have gas space heaters in them as well. the

living room is huge 12 x 18 ft and then the dining room and the kitchen has

tons of cabinets. we will remove teh doors of most s so we can display all our

saleable items. this man beleivein in built in shelving too, each closet that

had a child in it, has three different levels teh closet poles can set, a low

one for tots, and 2nd level for elementary school kids and then the adult level

and 2 of the closets have show shelves , slanted shelf with a piece to keep the

shoes from sliding down, like at teh shoe store really neat, there is a low bar

between teh living room and teh kitchen which is perfect for our cashregiester

and computer area for the store. i am just so excited, we are going to see it

again monday at 9 am as donnie hasnt seen the inseide yet adn i want him to

approve it first then i will make a deal on monday and hopefully close within

30 days, so we can open by the end of aprill.

hope everything comes thru this time, but with cash in hand i should not have

any problems, hugs, sharon a-m

Sharon, that house sounds wonderful! I want to live in! (smile) It will make

a lovely store. Do you have parking space for it?

Oh my goodness, I think again of how lovely the house sounds. I had a big

two story house one time. It was over a hundred years old. It was wonderfully

built to last. It is still in use, and in beautiful shape. I loved the house.

Yours sounds wonderful. Enjoy dear.

Sharon,

Congratulations! The house sounds wonderful. Treasures Galore should be all

you want it to be. Sounds like you could almost live there and have a business.

But will be a nice haven for bad weather.

donna ,

we are 7 lots from teh lagoon, and if any of you remember the deveastion and

death from hurricane ivan, before hurricane katrina, the grand lagoon area is

less than 1 mile from myhouse. this propery was built the same time mine was in

the 50's when they built things to last,. we are on a slow grade up hill but

still a bad strom surge could actually get our house. this new property is a

mile from teh lagoon so that makes it much safer back then houses were made

with concrete walls, and when they added 2 addidtions to the house they added on

conccete walls so this house is definetly safe, and big enough for anyone we

feel needs to come in with us, with 4 bedroosm but only one bath cuold be a

pro=blem. but other than that, it has plenty of room. hugs sharon a=m
