Hi Liz,

I am probably about 80% better. I say that because I will have a

great day and then out the blue the numbness will be back. I am

about to experience my first good month I think, so I'm excited

about that. I have been detoxing for a year now, so it's not easy

work or quick fixes in my situation. There are some things that

went away pretty quickly, rapid heart beat, brain fog, fever, rashes

and hives all abated pretty soon after explant. About six months

after explant, some of the weirder neurological problems abated. I

had horrible pin stabbing sensations on my left side, including

neck, which was very scary. That hasn't come back in quite a while.

I had some things to work on in the beginning. I knew I had very

high levels of tin in my body, which is not good. I knew I had an

infection from the implants, so I focused on getting all that taken

care of.

I have taken B-12, B-12 shots, different vitamins, Oil of Oregano,

Garlic, immune support, Vitamin C, Alpha Lipoic Acid, and many other

numerous supplements I've forgotten about.

The big difference for me was the Clay and Epsom Salt Baths,

Infrared Sauna definitely helpful. Anything you can do to sweat is

a very good thing. In addition, lots of water, raw veggies, Juice

Plus, Flax, and Probiotic as maintenance, Oil of Oregano and Garlic

are keepers.

I want to try some Liver Flushes, but don't have a free weekend to

experiment, so I'm going to do the lemon/olive oil drinks for awhile

and see how that goes. I may try going on raw garlic again for

maintenance. I have some nerve damage from the neurological

problems, so that will probably take some time to see more progress.

Let me know if I can help,

Beth
