Guest guest
Lea, Sue, Because of my snoring I went to the Ear nose and throat. He is great, He suggested nose spray before bed and it did seem to cut it down a little. From what I understand I can be heard throught our house and it's pretty big and a two story. But my sleep problems are way past just snoring. I actually hit my sweet hubby in the face the other night. We have to sleep with a row of pillows between us. He calls it my wall. dumbfounded the sleep Dr. too. I haven't decided if I like "stump-the-doc" or not. Once in a while I would like to hear a good old "yeah, I know whats wrong with you, and here's the answer. Good luck to both of you, Toni__________________________________________________

Guest guest
Hi Toni, Ambien didn’t work for me either! I take 5HTP and sometimes an herbal product to sleep and they work much better for me. Have you tried magnesium for your restless legs? I read recently that it helps restless legs and I know several women here, myself included, take it.
