You just hang in there and listen to your body. There's no one that knows what

your body feels like except you. I hope things continue to get better and I hope

you have a uneventfully GREAT time. Let us know how you made it and about the

With a heavy heart it is my sad duty to inform the Stillsdisease group that

McCann passed away on April 19, 2011. He died from pneumonia. He was 31

years old.

 It’s never easy to have to pass such hard words so thank you for having the

inner will to do so for us. I do wish you and all of his family all the warm

thoughts and kindness that I can send you way. there is not really any thing one

can say that will ease a pain like what all of you feel right now so just know

that in many people you have never meet your held in our hearts with nothing but

thanks and gratitude for the hard job you had before you. Also know I am sure

would also say thank you also so with that May peace fill your hearts with

comfort and some understanding and may warm memories always fill your thoughts

as you think of him as you move forward inn life as he I am sure would want all

of you to do.

 God be with you and rest in Peace and know your pain free now.

I watch the sands of time run threw the hour glass of my life knowing I can not

change what has passed.

All I can do is live for today and hope for tomorrow and that it's a better day
