Hey there, friends!

I am proud to say that I sucked it up and did my 1st workout of the

Mighty 100/Abs and Glutes challenge--first one since August or

September, I think! Ohmigosh--it was tough, but I did it, and am so

happy!! I wound up doing the Basic #1 from the GR series--THAT's the

one with the floor work, not #2 as I thought, and I'll keep on doing

that one on Wednesdays until I get the real Abs/Glutes tape. Another

thing--I haven't had a cigarette all day, and haven't missed them.

The bummer is that I'm fighting off a cold--sneezy--yuck! But the

thing that I am proud of is that it didn't keep me from exercising,

as it has in the past. Having this group is making me accountable

for what I have promised myself, and I appreciate the " welcome back "

that you have all given me. Your accomplishments are so inspiring,

and I applaud all of you for what you've done to improve your lives.

Happy 2003, everyone!!
