Hi ev eryone! I am a big believer in flax. Flax seed is a highly

effective laxative. In order to use it in this way, measure two

tablespoons of flax seed(ground) per one cup of water. To grind mine I

just use one of those coffee bean grinders. Just pulse a couple of

seconds. You just want to break the shells. You will find there is

brown and golden. Golden has more protein and less oil. If you use

warm water, you can just stir the seeds in and drink the mixture on an

empty stomach. I like to do this at night. When purchasing flax oil,

make sure it is a high quality oil. It should say cold pressed and

should also have a date on the side. I have been using Barleans

lignan omega twin (it contains flax and borage oil. I usually order 4

at a time. Thet can be kept in the freezer for a year. I order from

vitaminlife.com.(order #705875000185). A few things flax

does: Strengthens the immune system,Elevates the level of

estrogen in blood,Helps with smoother skin, increased stamina, It has

helped keep my eczema at bay, stronger cardiovascular system: clear

thinking, just to name a few. My husband and I do both everyday.Flax

contains antioxidants(such as vitamins C,E, and betacarotene). Take

Care! Kim
