Guest guest
My husband takes a different B than I was taking (Oxitrol) so it’s probably either his or Metagenics. How many supplements did Dr. Leu put you on? Did you get your hormone results yet — or did you do one yet? I’m seeing him on Tuesday to go over all of my supplements. The powder is way too nasty to take daily so I want to go back on capsules. The powder will be good for traveling though because it’s so easy to pack. Kenda I wonder which one Dr Leu suggested for me, (can't remember the name of it) he said it was great for people who came up extemely low on B's like myself. Hopefully I receive my box of supplements from him tomorrow!!
