Guest guest
Hello everyone Im just wondering if anyone has any advice/tips they could offer me to help over the next couple of weeks. 1/ my husband is going to be away from home and because im in the middle of withdrawal im really upset about it - its making the anxiety even worse. 2/Because I have a family history i saw a dr today because of a breast lump. They want me to have an ultrasound scan in 3 weeks. Im sure its nothing (ive had them before) as is the dr but just made me feel a bit 'extra' jittery. Any advice welcome. Guest guest
Hi Sally: To start with you have a life line in this group, who are all here routing for you. Would it be possible to have a friend or other family member come and stay with you while your hubby is away? Maybe if not the whole time part of the time. I know energy level is generally low but make a few dates to do something with a friend even if it is just to go have a soda. Having a few little things to look forward to may help the time pass more quickly and keep your spirits up until he is home. When going for the ultrasound have somebody go with you. Don't go alone. Take one day at a time, even one hour if that is what it takes. > Hello everyone > Im just wondering if anyone has any advice/tips they could offer me > to help over the next couple of weeks. > 1/ my husband is going to be away from home and because im in the > middle of withdrawal im really upset about it - its making the > anxiety even worse. > > 2/Because I have a family history i saw a dr today because of a > breast lump. Guest guest
Dear Sally I have read your concerns about this up-coming week in several threads and I have tried to get some pointers to you on previous occasions. This list believes that taking a mineral supplement called magnesium can help in situations of anxiety. There are a couple of ways to take magnesium and much has been written in this list by seasoned posters who have taken it and who endorse the fact that it brings relief to this horrid symptom. Magnesium and calcium can be alternated, again much is posted here in the threads and in the files kindly prepared by & Kim Drinking water with fresh squeezed lemon is another old stalwart. If anxiety builds or anticipation of anxiety .............and manifests itself as panick then the thing this list considers is Aconite nap 30c *********************************** If you need any help to source reliable minerals in your area ..........give me the location of large town or city near you and I'll use the store locator to find you a health food store that sells brands of supps known to work.
