Guest guest
Lo, I'm so glad you're feeling so much better already! It's a good sign. The drains are a nusiance, but well worth the precaution. Fluffing means that the tissues compressed by the implant expand . . . as a cushion does when you quit sitting on it! In addition, the body seems to know that a vacant space needs to be filled. I don't understand that . . . but it happens! You will fluff out in the months to come . . . It won't happen overnight, so don't waste time worrying. You may experience a herx reaction when you start Fungal Defense . . . Depending on how you feel, you may want to wait a couple weeks before starting. Or, you may try one and see how you feel before committing to taking more. The capsules are made from organisms taken from the soil. These organisms are noted for getting rid of other organisms that we call candida/yeast/fungus. What you can expect is that your stomach will feel somewhat uneasy as the Fungal Defense organism go to war against the negative organisms. . . Some people don't notice anything . . Others feel a major war going on. The more unsettling it feels, the more you need the product. It's up to you to judge what you're ready to handle, and to manage the products so the herxes are tolerable. Gentle hugs and prayers, Rogene >
