Brave women needed to share their implant stories on a feature length documentary film. If you've had or have silicone or saline implants, and had or have complications and you're interested in sharing your story, please read on. Here is what we would like to know specifically:

1. What is your current age? Where are you located?

2. How old were you when you first got the implants?

3. Why did you get the implants - cosmetic reasons or reconstruction - did you have Cancer?

4. What kind of implants did you have - silicone or saline?

5. What side effects did you have from the implants? Did you have cosmetic issues? Did they get ugly? Did they rupture, ooze, etc. What physically happened to the implant? What other health issues did you have from the implants?

6. Did you have additional surgeries? What were they?

7. What is your implant status now - are they in or out? Do you have more surgeries coming in the future?

8. What ongoing issues (cosmetic or medical) are you still dealing with today?
