Guest guest
Good info Kenda, this is great! Leads to more questions, if you don't mind! : ) What was the genetic testing that showed that detoxification was a weak area? This might be a good place for all of us to start. I am assuming that it somehow tested the efficiency of your Phase I and Phase II detox pathways? I'd be interested in getting that done myself to see where I stand after all my coffee enemas! As for the specific liver supplements that you will be taking for life, is that the AdvaClear by Metagenics, and Liver Guard? Do you still take pancreatic enzymes? I think enzymes are vital to all of us. I use Garden of Life OmegaZyme, but I remember that the Gerson therapy (which focuses on the liver) used pancreatic enzymes in their protocol. I think the key here for all of us is paying close attention to the liver, keeping those bile ducts free from sludge and getting our livers in tip top shape. Our livers do ALL the work to help us detoxify environmental chemicals--that alone is a huge job, but when you throw all those hormones in there too, it's amazing that we can come through this mess alive! One more question....what were the bile salts you took?
