Does anyone know if it is okay to go in the sauna while juice fasting?Also, since I have candida I know I cannot juice any fruit... but should I also cut out carrots too?Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Dawn

Yes, it sure does make boring juice. :( I juiced for a while a few years ago. My doc told me no carrot because it is so high in natural sugar and contributes to candida. Gingerroot is also good in juice, it helps liven it up a bit! :)
