Guest guest
There were several posts about this a few weeks ago and I have been paying particular attention to this symptom. I have found that my internal shaking is at it's absolute worst when I am awoken from a somewhat deep sleep. My body goes into total protest of being woken up and the shaking is so bad that I cannot function for a good long time, 15-30 minutes or more. The interesting thing of course is that it is not externally visible. I have also noticed that as I am falling asleep it seems to get worse and sometimes even prevents me from getting to sleep at all. When I am fully awake and moving around I don't feel it at all, but as I get tired it slowly comes back. I wonder if it is there when I am awake, but because I am busy I don't notice it. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know how I experience it.
