questions about mysterous bruises

Hi All!

I have kind of a dumb question. Does anyone know anything about bruises that appear out of nowhere? I seem to get them. I mentioned that to my husband and he said that I could have bumped into something without remembering. I don't walk very well and have gotten so used to bumping into things and falling that most of the time, I don't pay attention. but for the past couple of weeks, my wrists have been sore when I wake up. Almost as though I had handwritten a King novel. I am having a hard time lifting things and using my hands because of my wrists. Today when I got up, I had the same thing, sore, hardly able to use my hands. But today I noticed a mysterious bruise on each of my wrists right in the middle where my hand "bends." I showed those to Bill and now he finally believes me that I am bruising for no reason. He bought me supports so that I can use my hands during the day, but I still wonder if I should be concerned. I bother my doctor for everything. He never complains when I go to see him, but I feel this is too "trivial" to bother him with. I figured until I can't use my hands, then I won't worry too much. My friend suggests we have a ghost in the house. LOL.

If anyone can offer a solution or even suggestions, I would really appreciate it.
