Strange!

We are indeed a strange breed! I have been having terrible periods of my head

only dripping wet!People have actually said " did you just wash your hair?: I

don't know what causes it,because every time I ask a doc,they say it's one of

the meds the other doc is prescribing!I wonder if there is a sweat doc? I am not

on pred. and haven't been for about 4 years,after being on it for for 7

years,during which time I didn't have this problem! My guess would be my

heart,since it has happened since my first heart attack and the stent was put

in. I actually sleep with a small fan next to my bed and if Bill is gone to

work, I also have the ceiling fan on full blast!

Another problem I have had since the beginning, is right below the bone on the

back of my neck/back, I have great pain and when I touch the skin, it is cold,

like I'm not getting any circulation?I have a soft neck brace that I wear when

that happens, and it takes about an hour, but it gets better!Another problem I

have asked about, with no answer.It could be my posture,I notice if I'm in pain

anywhere on my body, I tend to curl into myself.

Sorry I haven't been participating much in the past few months, I'm afraid

depression has hit me like a rock in the face!I have so many things to be

thankful for, I just can't seem to dig deep enough to get out of the black

hole.I do miss everyone and I want to be there for all those who need me,

including the many newbies.Cat and Bob and have done a fabulous job

covering for me.If you need/want to please don't hesitate to replace me on the

board! I can't tell you when I will feel better,though I am going to call

someone this week and hope for help.Since I was diagnosed with Diabetes and told

I will probably always have it, I am in the I can't take on any more diseases or

meds or shots!I do read everything,but answering is something else again! I am

so sorry, this group was my saving grace when I found it! You will not be sorry

you found it,there are some great and caring people in this group.Some are very

knowledgeable on medical issues.

I love these people and feel like they are my family.Welcome all newbies to the

best place on earth for people who have Stills and other diseases that friends

and family don't understand and sometimes just don't care!
