I would wait at least a few days to a week. I think you should let

your body recover from the surgery before hitting it with something

that could very well produce a herx. Also, it will be harder to tell

what changes you might notice from the surgery if you immediately

start those strong candida killers. Just my opinion. I hope that you

have a fast recovery!
