Guest guest
Betsy, Be sure to also use Emu oil to replace lost moisture in your skin. DMSO is extremely drying to skin. You also might try a series of liver cleanses, herbal cleanses, and sessions in an infrared sauna. Toxins can cause neurological problems. Chelation via diet at the very least is advisable too. The culinary herb cilantro is great for pulling metals from the body whether used in soups, casseroles, steamed veggies, or taken raw in salads. I am only guessing, but I would suspect accumulated toxins for nearly any type of neurological problem if not there from birth. The same concentration might not affect another person one bit. We are all different regarding our tolerances for various things that should not be in us. Gerry > > Hello, > I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy (facial paralysis) almost 3 months > ago. Guest guest
Bell's Palsy can sometimes occur as a result of Lyme disease. You might want to consider getting tested for that--especially if you live in a Lyme endemic area or traveled through one. Guest guest
Gere and Betsy, Have you seen the emu oil price ? I just bought 32 oz. of aloe vera for @ $7.00. Emu was a house mortgage and I don't have a house;-))))) Bruce Chesley Truth is a terrible cross to bear. Guest guest
Forgot to mention that the Gardasil vaccine is causing neurological problems in the young women who take it. A lady at our bank has Lou Gehrig's disease now after having a Gardasil vaccine. Guillian Barre syndrome is another thing named as cropping up after a Gardasil vaccine. Not saying or implying that you have had that vaccine though. Just wanted to include that for sharing to others who might not have heard about it and who might consider taking that vaccine. > Bell's Palsy can sometimes occur as a result of Lyme disease. Guest guest
I never have priced it. I do not generally have dry skin and do not use DMSO regularly. > Gere and Betsy, > > Have you seen the emu oil price ? I just bought 32 oz. of aloe vera > for @ $7.00. Guest guest
Just use any healthy oil. No need for just emu. I use coconut oil to protect my skin from DMSO burns. Guest guest
To moisturise your sking, I use coconut oil, either the refind or virgin, the refind is in Walmart in the cooking oil section for abut $5. To: DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO Sent: Tuesday, January 17, 2012 10:50 AM Subject: Re: DMSO for Bell's Palsy Gere and Betsy, Have you seen the emu oil price ? I just bought 32 oz. of aloe vera for @ $7.00. Emu was a house mortgage and I don't have a house;-))))) Bruce Chesley Truth is a terrible cross to bear. Guest guest
The organic coconut oil for moisturizing is a wonderful suggestion. I am an admittedly cautious DMSO user and I have a rule.. I don't use anything near my DMSO skin application that I wouldn't eat..lol.. Lola

Guest guest
Coconut oil is supposed to be very skin-healthy. If it is less expensive, then it is the one to use IMO.
