Hi , from what I understand is Pam (Dr. Melmed's) nurse is

sending me a little packet with some info about a hotel that is close

by(with a discounted rate) the hospital. The clinic and where we will

have surgery is in the hospital, which will make it less complicated!

I'm pretty sure we pay for the surgery at the consultation the day

before. You already have talked with him in person right? If you don't

get anything soon and I do I will surely give you any info I get. I

have to get my plane tickets tomorrow. I feel really good that it is

all coming together. I just want to feel like my old self again. keep
