Guest guest
Dear Anita, Thank you for writing. I think you are right about the sauna, I didn't go in it today and yesterday I only went in for 10mins at 131 I try to drink plenty of water but my guess is its not enough as sweating is a new thing for me, for years I haven't sweated or even needed deodorant so I suppose my body is wondering what's going on. My hubby () tries to keep getting me in the sauna he thinks sweat it all out and you will be ok ( lol ) I know he means well and thinks its for the best but I just cannot handle it. Hope you are well and your son. Love Sue.
Guest guest
Sue, That's funny that you mention that you didn't sweat or use deodorant for years. I didn't either but now that I have been doing the sauna I am much more normal. Don't give up on it. I know natural doctors who use the far infrared heat extensively for their very ill patients. Just go a little slower and build up gradually. I think you'll be glad you did. Love, Anita Re: I am back online Anita Dear Anita, Thank you for writing.
