If I am on too little, my temp would be low, no? So, its not like the normal T3 heartrate spike that most people get, or it would be back down to 80 after well over 12 hours. And that is after ONE little bitty 1/4 grain pill (The pharmacy didn't have 1/2 grain in stock, so I got 1/4's. I was going to take them 2x a day) after being off for almost two weeks. I wish they could find out why. I have never been typical...and hypothyroid does cause low body temp, its one of the things you have to have, because that helps define the disease. It makes no sense. I would get a glandular OTC adrenal, but those have DHEA in them. Because I think I may be high on DHEA and low on cortisol, I don't want to self dose on that.
