Hi EveryOne,

A few days ago I had written that I switched from Nutri-meds to Armour and

since the first day a half-grain didn't seem to have any effect the second

day I increased to 1 grain, - what many say an adult should start with.

That was when I wrote the WoW post as I felt so much better, - for awhile.

However, that night I couldn't sleep, could feel my heart beating and was

way too over stimulated and so the next day I cut my dose to half a grain

twice a day. Still too much. Loved all the energy but my thyroid gland seems

to have reacted by swelling: I could feel it almost pulsating without

touching it, and my throat became hot to the touch. Too much..... has anyone

else had that happen?

So today I went back to Nutri-meds which I had been taking for months just

to let things cool down a bit and hopefully get a good nights sleep tonite.

Tomorrow I will probably try the Armour again maybe 1/4 twice a day and see

how that goes. I will keep experimenting till I find out what works best for

me. I may need to take Armour early in the day and use the Nutri-meds in

the afternoon so I can sleep at night. Trial and Error. Does the body get

used to larger doses over time? I seem to remember other people saying that

at first they got heart palps on Armour that went away after awhile.

So it wasn't as easy as it seemed with that first dose of Armour but I'm

still here...

Looks like I am going to be splitting all the 1 Grain Armour tablets I

bought, at least for awhile. A knife doesn't do a very good job. Does anyone

use a tablet splitter for Armour? If so, which brand works?

If at first............:-))

Peace, Love and Harmony,

Bev
