Guest guest
And for anyone looking for a great swim instructor in Palm Beach County, my son, (4-1/2) is learning to swim with Suzanne (I think her last name is Kaufman) of Quality Swimming of Boca Raton. She has been working with special needs kids for many years and has the right approach for these children. Joy
Guest guest
Dear Joy, We live in Broward County. Do you know of any swim teachers in our area? Thank you. Sincerely, Robin
Guest guest
Robin, We have been using Jill at the Plantation Community Pool. She teaches their adapted swim class and has really helped le more than anyone else we have tried. It is one on one at the Plantation Pool and the price is fairly reasonable (even if you are not a resident of Plantation). Call the pool main number and ask to leave Jill a message about enrolling in her class. She is good about returning calls quickly and getting the kids in. Good luck! Guest guest
Robin, Sorry, I don't know of any specialized swim instructors in Broward, but I'll ask our teacher if she knows of any. Joy

Guest guest
To: Robin From: I know your question was for Joy but I just went through all the phone calling about swimming lessons for my autistic son and thought I would pass along some information. The most reasonable private one-on-one lessons I found in Broward County was with Jill Chapman at Plantation Central Park Pool - . She seems like a very nice gal as I have talked with her on the telephone several times. I have lessons scheduled with her in July. > > From: mrk1195@... > Date: 2002/06/21 Fri PM 09:06:00 EDT > To: sList > Subject: Re: Fwd: Swim Lessons > > Dear Joy, > > We live in Broward County. Guest guest
Hello Everyone interested in Swim Lessons! It seems like so many people need someone to teach their children how to swim. I already placed an email about my teaching credentials and experience. I see all this people going to Miami when in Broward. I have been teaching for 14 years and I do come to your place if needed. I am also the mother of an autistic son and Red Cross Certified. By the way, I am bilingual if someone needs an instructor that speaks Spanish. I will be working in the Miami and Broward area this summer. If you need to contact me, email me at eserr1234@.... Hopefully, I can help. Estela :-)
