Hi,

I don’t have any personal knowledge but I’d say if the warning states that it is not to be used on a person who has breast surgery, that you should not use it. Surgery is surgery. Sorry.

Hi everyone,

I have a quick question I am hoping you might know the answer to.

Have any of you heard of the Brava breast enlargement and shaping system?

I recently heard Dr. Dean Adell talk about it on the radio. I researched it a bit on line today. It seems that you can really grow breast tissue in only 10 weeks! (brava.com)

I am considering buying one on ebay(auction ends in 1 hr) and wanted your input...especially since the cups worn are made of silicone. I don't want to be paranoid...after all it's outside my body..but after all I went through... I definatly don't want to go backwards.

It also mentioned women who have had breast surgery should not use this...Do you know if that includes augmentationa and explantation? Oviosly, I had surgery..but I'm wondering if perhaps they mean breast cancer surgery and the like?

Any comments, suggestions?

Thanks so much,

Holly

Holly,

To be safe, I would stay away from this device for two

reasons . . . First, you don't know what type of

surgery they mean, and secondly, if you are sensitive

to silicone now, you could be asking for trouble.

One of the implanted women I met early on told me that

one of her friends was having the same problems we

have. Come to find out, she was wearing silicone

prostheses. She complained that the prostheses didn't

last long, they broke down and left her skin sticky

with silicone.

Hugs,

Rogene

Honey:

Dean Adell is much hated in Canada. He thinks that all breast implants are safe. We have had a long history of fighting this man. I do not hate him; however, many women do. He is a paid voice for the manufacturers...we think.

Hi Holly,

He really ticks me off with his pompous, know it all attitude.

Kenda

I should have known better...he was the one who I had initially heard on the radio talking about how safe implants were. He was my deciding factor after researching them for a year and not able to find anything negative. Boy what a mistake that was!

My husband listens to talk radio alot and so I have heard him quite a bit and always get frustrated by his lack of knowledge and ovios lack of understading of natural medicine.

See you, Holly
