Are you on a patch or vivelle dot? Patches act the same for me as

estrogels...they go in too fast and then it's over. I need a steady

drip drip, drip of estrogen and the dot seems to be the best I can

find for this.

I'm also considering a sotto pellet to steady the supply.

You might be having a similar problem with spikes and drops as you use

the estrogen up. I can get hot flashes and wake up with night sweats.

DOn't know if this applies at all but for me I've aLso have really

been noticing how foods and alchohol effect me (why I'm up right

now...too much wine last night at a friends and hence night sweats at

4:30am) I've noticed that prepared foods with crap ingredients, gluten

and alchohol will set me off terrible and it takes days and days to

recover. I have no more margin of error these days.
