Guest guest
Marty, Don't know if you remember but I am originally from Arkansas. Thus, I feel totally comfortable calling u redneck.lol... Thank you for your kind post regarding my absence. K Kathleen et al Kathleen dear~ You're back here with us now, and that's the good part. If you weren't ready to come back til now, then that's the right time for you. I've had some times where I isolated, but we're better, and we're here! To others feeling exhausted and drained. I too experience those days ( too many of them ). It's important that when you can, you consider " self-care " . In the course I now teach, I tell people with illnesses that taking care of themselves is one of THE most important things you can do for yourself. Do feel good things. Warm bubble baths, candles, a small bouquet of fresh flowers. If you're able, do some stretches. Favourite TV programs, and even some sad flicks, crying is a cathartic process, and it allows you to " feel the Feelings " good, bad, happy sad.... This is all new to me too, but I'm going to give it a " go " , and hope you can try it too. Again, Kathleen, I'm SO pleased you're here with us! Luv Cat ________________________________ WoW, After reading what , Bob and now you wrote, I am in tears. I did stay away to long. I really Hybernated. Instead, I should have been here.
