Dear,

I really don't know what you can do to stop it . . .

Someone said there are drugs available. For me, it

would have to get really bad before I'd consider meds.

I don't want to make light of how you feel, so this

may sound crazy. What I suggest is working on changing

your attitude about the vibration/shaking feeling . .

.. See if you can relax into the feeling and take an

investigative approach to it.

I suspect that it gets worse when you get tense, and

you get tense when you start thinking about it. See if

you can learn to control it mentally. When you reach

the point where you feel in control, hopefully it

won't bother you so much.

This should pass as you detox!

God Bless,

Rogene

I have discovered that my shaking and pulsing is directly related to

muscle twitches/spasms and that it gets better when I get the

muscles and tendons to relax. Those of us that get the spasms and

twitches are often unaware that they are almost constant. We think

they are now and then because we only feel them intermittently. The

twiching virtually includes any muscle in the body--even those in

smooth muscle like the entire colon and the heart, bladder, uterus,

etc. The constant twitching causes oxygen depletion of the muscle.

Have you ever kept running past your endurance and then found your

legs were shaking when you stopped? This is pretty much the same

thing, but bodywide because the muscles have b een twitching

nonstop. Unfortunately, no one seems to know why the muscles twitch

like that. I do know that there are alot of people out there who

experience this that have not had implants and don't have diagnosis

either. They are as much as a loss as we are. I do know this is a

major detox symptom for me so I suspect that it is toxin related. I

wonder if it is toxins stored in the muscle being released.

At any rate, it can drive you nuts and make you irritable. I have

found stretching can help. I recently purchased a very good

stretching video by Jacques Gauthier and I would recommend it to

everyone. Start this video and you will see just how very tight all

your tendons and muscles are. This tightness restricts blood flow

and thus oxygen to the muscles! WhenI first started doing it it

made me much worse but now I can see how it is helping!
