Guest guest
Hi Liz, I tried one of the breast herbals and it messed with my hormones so I quit. As for inflammation, your body could simply be extremely inflammatory in nature, mine is. I take an herbal supplement called Inflammablox. You might do a Google search and see if you can purchase it somewhere online. I get mine from Dr. Leu. When he diagnosed my body as being inflammatory, he told me that I would be taking Inflammablox, or something similar, all of my life. It helps tremendously! Kenda Holly, i also too was thinking about that brava system, but i decided against it. it sounds really convincing but i am not going to do it. i ordered some herbal pills to try so we will see. has anyone else tried or know anything about them? do they really work? i am trying to get to the bottom of my pain in my muscles, i have something causing inflammation somewhere. anyone have any suggestions? what i should be tested for or look into. it seems to settle down with mobic? hmmmmm. liz Opinions expressed are NOT meant to take the place of advice given by licensed health care professionals. Guest guest
Liz, Have you tried theraputic massage? I finally gave in and got my first massage after having back spasms for months. . . The massage hurt like ****, but when I walked out, the spasms were gone! A massage therapist who does theraputic massage will stretch the tissue covering the muscle. . . It felt as though I was being cut with a knife, but only as long as it took for her to run over the muscle. Then blessed relief. When she went around my shoulder blade, I could actually hear the calcium breaking up. It sounded like a zipper. For me, massage is not a luxury. It's a necessity. I get a massage every two weeks if possible. If you can find a good therapist to stay with, they will often give you a break on price.
