Quark Flax Seed Oil Mayonnaise (Basic Recipe)

Ingredients:

3 Tablespoons Flax Seed Oil

3 Tablesoons Milk - No specification in her recipe as to fat content for

this milk.

3 Tablespoons Quark - In the U.S.A. Quark is not readily available so I

use low-fat cottage cheese from a health food store.

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice and/or

2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Mustard

1/2 Teaspoon Yehi-Herb Salt - I think this is also called Kosher salt

(unrefined and unbleached).

Preparation: In a blender, combine oil and milk with Quark. Add

mustard,lemon juice, vinegar and salt.

More variations in her " Oil Protein Diet Cookbook "

Thanks, Dianne

Hi Dianne, This part of the Budwig protocol to fight cancer. I like the

taste very much & have used the variations. There are several other

beneficial recipes in Dr. Budwig's book--You can check the yahoo

group--_FlaxSeedOil2 : sign in_

(http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/FlaxSeedOil2/post?act=reply & messageNum=934\

recipes. Lois

To the group I apologize for getting so far off topic.. I really doubt

that the Mayo would be good with DMSO in it but I do use DMSO & Baking soda

topically to fight tumors... & I also take it internally at times..

Again--please accept my apology...Lois
