Is Chiari and low or no b12 related????

I have no b12 in my body I am doing weekly shots at home because I cannot absorb

the pills and its too expensive to drive weekly to my family dr since it is 45

minutes one way for a 5 minute appt. Anyone else with this issue? thanks!!! My

last b12 test results were less than 0.01 and it needs to be between 208 and 964

so I didnt even register on the test as that is as low as it goes.
