1) Ok, shortage they pay more

2) family docs/primary care should NEVER NEVER NEVER work for a hospital. Period.

We MUST work for ourselves -- hospitals have a conflict of interest here NOT to pay family docs because, they do not value what we do for them!!!!!

Work for ourselves, our patients.
