Guest guest
Hi TaeBo Friends! :-) Another GREAT day for me. First finding out that I have loss 5 to 6 pounds over the past three weeks and then my workout. I was kinda tired when I did my workout so I did Get Ripped Basic - Purple (no floor work one). I did it with a strong intensity though and I did great! :-) I graded myself with a B+. I notice that I am grading myself higher more often now. I guess I'm getting closer to adding more advanced workouts into my schedule. That was my 19th day of working out after 27 days since my restart at TaeBo. So, by counting 7 days a week, I'm at 70 percent workout rate right now. If I take out one day each week for rest, I'm at 82 percent. I'm not going to obsess about these percentages much though because I don't want to get burnt out. I feel a bit tired physically today and it is better to stay at 5 days a week or so than burn out on 6 days a week. I must remember that I'm still in the " early stages " of my restart and I can have lots of time to improve in the future. For someone still in their first month of restarting TaeBo, I think 5 days a week is still pretty good. I might take tomorrow off before the Abs/Glutes challenge on Wednesday, but as always, I'll see how I feel and make a decision based on that. Oh....almost forgot....healtier eating continued today as well. Things are on the right track. Great day! :-) It is funny. I lost 5 or 6 pounds which I'm really proud of but yet that isn't what my focus is on. What I'm most focused on is that I had another great workout today and continued to eat smart. Isn't that great? I'm not all caught up with the physical results, even when they happen! :-) The Australian Open Tennis Tournament is getting close!
