Yay for you Darcy! Feels good doesn't it?

I don't think I lost any weight, but I'm sure it has a lot to do w/

my eating. Oh well, one step at a time.

Awww, thanks Jackie :) yeah, it's been a bit tough to get the workouts in, but

I'm managing!! I know it will be a lot harder when I have to go back to work :(

I'm gonna attempt to keep on Tae-boing evey day until my first day back at work,

then I will take the day off or probably a couple!!

Re: COMPLETED 21DC!!

Darcy--that's amazing, when you consider that you have little Sawyer

at home with you! Congratulations!!

Jackie ;-)

Wow Darcy, you are just amazing! I have been slack all this week with

my workouts but I have made a promise to myself and even signed a

contract to myself that I will stick to a 8-12 week program which is

exercising 4-5 times a week and eating healthy (high protein diet). I

want to get my energy back I used to have with exercising and the

better moods I was in. It is amazing how your mood changes when you

don't exercise.

But once again, well done Darcy I think you are amazing especially

after having a baby. Have you posted a pic of your baby as yet? Did I

miss it?

Love

Tell him to stop growing. Man, can't believe he's 3 months already. Can't

wait 'till he's moving about and talking and walking. Yea, I know, easy for

me to say. I don't have to baby proof everything.

Sandie, Tae and Bo who wishes she could be at the BBWTC taking 2 hours of

Ultimate Tae-Bo tonight--where's that Jet Plane when I need it :o)!!!!!!!!!

Go Raiders :o)!!!!!!!!

Just Win Baby :o)!!!!!!!!

Awww, Mich, you are sooo kind!! I've been meaning to say thanks....... Tae-Bo

makes me feel so darn good that I try my best to get workouts in and I must say

that I've done much better than I would have imagined w/ my little needy baby!!

I'd like to step it up a notch as I'm only doing 30 minute basics now and once

in awhile an abs video....BUT time is certainly an issue nowadays!!

I have posted pics of Sawyer but haven't really recently. I will update his

photo album and send the link ver soon. I can't belive he's 3 months old today

- wow... I love the little bugger to death, he warms my heart every day :)

Thanks again for your kind words!!

Darcy who has 73 workouts left for the Mighty 100!!
