We call that a "Mover's Bandage". When one is sweating up a storm on a hot summer day, working as a mover and you get a scrap or cut no regular band-aid or bandage is going to stay on thru the day. Instead you take a tissue or a paper towel, fold it over to fit the body part and wound and then package tape or duct tape as best you can to that body part.... and hopefully that will hold for the rest of the day....
