Antibodies now--should I go ahead with Surgery?

I have posted before, but just to review I have 150cc salines over the

muscle, implanted in 98. I haven't had any problems (externally) with

these, they are soft, comfortable. However, I contracted hashimotos in

02, and my antibodies have shot up consistently, to a high of 5300 in

Feb.05. (My mother is hypo but not hashis). I also developed dry eyes

(blepharitis), and now it seems a possible adrenal weakness. I just

had my saliva tests but frankly am at a loss how to interpret them.

Anyway, I scheduled explant with Dr. Melmed for early June principally

hoping that my antibodies would decline, and hopefully disappear. I

am primarily concerned about getting more auto-immune related

illnesses (diabetes, lupus?). I tested my antibodies now so that I

could then compare in a few months my pre and post explant antibody

results to see if the explants helped, and I see my antibodies

actually declined to 3748 now. I have no idea why, unless it is

because I recently started a small dose of cytomel (thanks to Dawn

here), but have no idea if this actually helps lower antibody levels.

My question is should I go ahead with the explant if my antibodies

appear to be going down? Maybe they would go down on their own even

without having the surgery? Or should I postpone the surgery a couple

months to see if they continue declining? I am really confused now (I

also am completely flat as you can well imagine if 150cc implants make

me look at least normal). Sandy
