Guest guest
Hi, Thanks for answering. I have been drinking alot of water and my liver function is being monitored. I just can't believe how badly I feel. I am extremely lightheaded and my tongue is very white on some days. My tongue clears up in a day or two and for some strange reason I feel better when it does. I am trying very hard to get through the treatment that was prescribed. I just hope that it is helping me. It is hard to know if I am herxing or if the medicine itself is making me sick. I will keep you posted. As always thanks so much for your input.... Guest guest
Hi la, The white tongue is a sign that you have a yeast infection. It makes sense that you feel better on the days you don’t have it. How long of a course did your doctor prescribe? Kenda Hi, Thanks for answering. I have been drinking alot of water and my liver function is being monitored. I just can't believe how badly I feel. Guest guest
la, Did you doctor recommend an anti-fungal diet? It's a MUST! . . . Otherwise, it's two steps forward and one step back. Hugs, Rogene
Guest guest
Hi la, I was just talking to a friend who has terrible Lyme disease. She has undergone all kinds of treatments to try and get well and is quite knowledgable about detoxing. She told me that the white tongue is a sign that you are getting rid of toxins. She said to get a tongue scraper and scrape it off so it is not reabsorbed into your system. I can also tell you that my son is undergoing the IV's for detoxing and I noticed that his tongue has had a very thick white coating. It was white before but this is much worse than it has ever been. So hopefully this is a sign that you are getting rid of the candida and that is probably why you are feeling so crappy. Guest guest
Hi la, If the white on your tongue cannot be scraped off and is not a coating, it is a sign of yeast. I have never heard that a coating on your tongue can signify ridding the body of toxins. I saw an acupuncturist before who did tell me that a brown tongue is a sign of heat in the body. She was single and would only date men with certain types of tongues because she knew too much about what the tongue meant. Kenda Hi la, I was just talking to a friend who has terrible Lyme disease. Guest guest
Yes he is doing the glutathione and phoschol and she has added something called leucovorin also. I am also giving him fresh kefir that I make daily from raw milk. You may want to try the raw milk when you move here. I think it is a miracle food. I drink the kefir and it really gives me energy. All I can tell you about the tongue thing is that when we started the IV's his tongue became bright white and it looked like it was very thick. You can also swish some grapefruit seed extract in grapefruit juice in your mouth to help kill of the candida. I am going to resend the article about candida from Health Sciences institute in case you missed it. I thought it was very good,. Guest guest
Hi Kathy, He seems to be making progress. The dizziness has been gone for some time now and since he started the IV's again he has been much more even tempered. His skin is getting better also. If you recall he has had puss coming out of his skin for a few years. Dr Kane said that was from the Fifth's disease. She said she thinks the exposure to the chemicals in the implants set up his immune system and that when he got the fifth's disease that it never went away. That was five years ago. The jury is still out but I do see progress. I will be getting another set of 10 IV's and then I will have to reassess the situation. This is very expensive. Thank you so much for your prayers. I read your post about only having the shaking left. Does this mean you are making progress also? What have you been doing? Guest guest
Anita that is great. I am so happy that he is still having a positive experience with the IV's. I am betting this will really turn things around! Yes, I have been doing pretty good. I have made great improvements with my depression and feel that I have finally rounded the corner. I think it is because the candida is finally getting under control. I have noticed a huge correlation in myself with candida and depression, irritablility, moodiness, etc. I really feel, that like your son, I am making steady progress. I have been taking lipospheric vitamin C that also contains what phoschol does. In addition I take daily flax seed oil mixed with cottage cheese, garlic,, primal defense, oil of oregano, and others. I am still intending to take the butyrate--I just keep forgetting to order it!! I have been travelling alot lately and keeping busy. Guest guest
Kathy, I'll bet that flax oil is also helping with the depression. Whatever it is I'm happy to hear you are doing better. I know what depression is like. I am doing pretty good as long as I drink my kefir every morning. I ran out yesterday and I am wiped out today with brain fog and fatigue. I think I also need to get serious about the candida thing. I hate not knowing what causes our problems but I guess we should just be grateful we have found ways to detox and get better. Had I know thirty years ago what I have learned from this wonderful group my life would have been very different. But I have learned that the past is the past and I need to look ahead not behind. I'm so glad you are doing so well. Love, Anita Re: Antifungals and not feeling so good....Rogene Anitathat is great. I am so happy that he is still having a positive experience with the IV's. Guest guest
Gt, Kefir is cultured milk. It contains the beneficial bacteria. I make mine at home with kefir grains that I got from a lady in Cal. I also use raw milk and I think that makes a huge difference. My son could not have milk for years. Every time he drank it he would stutter. Not so with the raw milk. The kefir you make yourself is far better than what you buy in the health food store. Love, Anita Re: Antifungals and not> feeling so good....Rogene> > > Anita> that is great.
