Hi,……..my

legs are always cold. Especially the tops of my thighs and my

calves. MS causes some strange sensations all over the body at times. They

also come and go. Just last week, it felt like ice water was running down my

ankles into my foot. I had socks and fur lined slippers on. Its

gone this week. Some times I get strong tingles up the sides of my head, then it goes away for awhile. I get eyelid flutters for two

or three days, then it stops and its awhile before

they come back. It has to be the

sensory nerves being affected by the MS. I don’t know why my legs stay

cold though because I get up and move them as much as I can. At night I sit in

my recliner with a heated blanket and that warms them up nicely.

Has anyone experienced Nocturnal Seizures

associated with MS?

Smiles, Jackie

I don't think I have had it in the back, but most of my

issues are in the extremities or an event all over the body. The all over

episodes are patchy tingles, mostly.

Right now, since yesterday, my issues started in the right

buttocks and traveled down my leg to my foot. Pain, burning, cold, etc. It

leveled off toward evening and returned full heat to both soles of my feet

today. I think I have some ideas on what kicked in this sudden flare up

but it will take time to process my ideas and work them out before I

share them.

My wife's experience with an injured back is pain,

tightness, stiffness, and achiness.
