ok:

The first thing you need to do is to find the exclusionary page of your

insurance info. (human resources should have it) Then look to see

if " complications of cosmetic surgery " or " complications of elective

surgery or non-covered procedures " is covered. Many times it is. If it

isn't, then you can still get a diagnosis and procedure code from a

doctor (a family doctor will do) and submit it to your insurance

company. Sometimes, even if you don't think it will be covered, it can

be with a diagnosis from an m.d. Keep working on them, it could take a

couple months, but I believe it can actually be covered more often than

many women think. If you are thinking about a doctor to use that you

have heard about from this site, then Dr. Kolb is much much better with

insurance than Dr. Feng. You may even be able to get the diagnosis from

Dr. Kolb and her office will submit--but it usually pays to have the

surgery in your own state--most often more of it will be covered. This

was my experience--hope it helps!! Shana--- In
