Guest guest
Shana, We'd love for you to share the name and contact info of your plastic surgeon who did explant. We will add him to our list of good surgeons, if that is okay with you. Congratulations on your great results! I am really glad you had a compassionate plastic surgeon who cared about your health. It is not always that way, so you can count your blessings that you did not have to travel. I've seen and heard nasty end results when women did not go to the right ps's that cared enough to do the explant properly. I'm talking big scars, aesthetical end results that are not as pleasing as it could have been, and emotional states that are damaging and not conducive to healing. So, the right plastic surgeon is a must. Thanks for sharing Shana! Patty > Hi: > I had my explantation last wed. (5/4) and am so happy I needed to > share. Guest guest
Shana, Life begins again! I'm so glad you had a good experience! . . . Those drains are a nusiance, but good insurance against trouble! Please share the name of your surgeon with us! . . . We desperately need more doctors so women don't have to travel so far. God Bless, Rogene
Guest guest
Shana, your energy comes through your words! I can almost hear your voice, and hear the energy returning. Isn't it wonderful? Congrats on rejoining the human race... just remember to pace yourself, and don't overdo it; I know Rogene suggested that to me, and I tried a few times to be superwoman and overdid the activities for a given day...remember the healing continues slowly, and I look forward to reading about your progress!!!! Guest guest
- That is such good news! Thanks for sharing how you are doing. I am sure things will just keep getting better for you now. Isn't it amazing how much more you can appreciate your natural breasts now. They may not be big, but they are all mine. Guest guest
Dear Shana, Big congratulations coming your way from Seattle!! I too chose to have my original PS do the explant, and was amazed with the positive results. What are the symptoms that you still have? Are you going to sauna and detox? Look forward to getting healthier with each passing week! May the Lord continue to bring blessings your way, Tammy (a) > Hi: > I had my explantation last wed. Guest guest
Well, I guess I'm a little discouraged because I still have mostly the same joint pains (byw, I was diagnosed with severe rheumatoid arthritis without a doubt) I don't really know what I was expecting, but I just can't bear the thought of living the rest of my life with this horrible disease. My happiness with my surgery has made it all worth it though, even if I don't recover from the arthritis. I can't believe that people would ever reimplant...I am just so happy to have those things out!! I am starting to detox, but I can't get to a sauna. So I guess I'll just have to wait and see how it goes. Hugs, Shana > > Hi: > > I had my explantation last wed. (5/4) and am so happy I needed to > > share.
