Guest guest
Dear Cherly, that's what is happening with me, I have all these raised red lumps some have pus in some not. Thanks for getting back to me I knew I had read about this somewhere, its so helpful when you know you're not the only one. I have been using the sauna daily and wondered if that had anything to do with it. Any help or advise you can give me will be great thanks. Love Sue. Guest guest
Sue, My concern is not the lumps or outbreaks, but the possiblity of infection. Wash the affected areas with cotton soaked with hyderogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide is one of the best anti-bacterial products and should prevent infection. I believe this is caused by your body trying to get rid of the toxins that are coming out as a result of using the sauna. That's good. Don't quit using the sauna! In fact, if you're feeling better as you use the sauna, go for a little longer time or a little higher temperature. Detoxing isn't easy. It can get pretty uncomfortable at times. . . But then, being sick is even worse. One idea comes to mind . . . You might contact the people from whom you bought your sauna and discuss this with them. They should have a much broader knowledge of the ways the body detoxes with the sauna. Hugs and prayers, Rogene
