I get this off and on. I used to get it alot before the explant.

Now I get it rarely and it is always when I have taken too much of a

supplement or detoxing. I truly think it is related to the muscle

twitching. First I get the muscle spasms/twitching, then I get a

feeling of pain from that because it causes tendon tightening, and

then I notice irritability and a feeling of vibrating or internal

shaking. It is not a good sensation. And it truly is a shaking of

sorts, because if I hold my hands out I can see very slightly that

my fingers are a little shaky. I truly don't think it is something

to worry about, although it is disconcerting. I think it will go

away in time, or at least disappear except occasionally. If you are

actively detoxing now, that could be why the symptom is still

there. I have found that almost all my symptoms come back as toxins

are released. Of course, this will go away when my system has

cleared the problem.
