Hi,

I notice that mine is worse after being in the sun even if it is just for a few minutes. I've also noticed a butterfly like rash that is a sign of lupus. I've had it twice. It first started on my cheeks and I thought that it was rosesha (not sure of the spelling.) I only had it on my left side but after explant and being in the sun, I start feeling shaky and I get that rash. I've had it twice. It really is quite scary. I have an appointment with a rheumatologist in a few weeks. Hopefully he can tell me that I DO NOT have lupus.

Actually my internal shaking/pulsating didn't start until 2 months after my explant as well! How weird, I've been assuming its related to detoxing & my body ridding everything. But its really driving me crazy & I don't know what to do about it. I notice mine more at night/evening.Jen> or pulsating happening?
