Thanks Gerry. Maybe i will try ketakanazole for three days then switch to

virgin coconut oil as it is antifungal too.

Grade B maple syrup in kefir is great! And it seems to be an

excellent before bed sleep drink, from my experience. I use as little

as possible, to keep the sugar level down, and it's surprising how

little it takes to turn the 'sour' into 'interesting'.

I do all those things, too. I switch on and off with flavors like

that. Just wondered if anyone had any better ideas because I get

bored. I've heard to use maple syrup or honey, too. Have not done

that yet, tho.

One way I found to take kefir is to add Kal brand stevia and mix in

strawberries or blueberries. Another way is to make a whey protein

shake and add it in with some stevia. Makes the shake creamier.

Another way is to mix it with goat yogurt and stir in stevia. Fruit of

choice can be added whether grapes, berries, etc.
