Guest guest
Grade B maple syrup in kefir is great! And it seems to be an excellent before bed sleep drink, from my experience. I use as little as possible, to keep the sugar level down, and it's surprising how little it takes to turn the 'sour' into 'interesting'. Be well, Léna I do all those things, too. I switch on and off with flavors like that. Just wondered if anyone had any better ideas because I get bored. I've heard to use maple syrup or honey, too. Have not done that yet, tho. ----- Original Message ----- One way I found to take kefir is to add Kal brand stevia and mix in strawberries or blueberries. Another way is to make a whey protein shake and add it in with some stevia. Makes the shake creamier. Another way is to mix it with goat yogurt and stir in stevia. Fruit of choice can be added whether grapes, berries, etc. > > I wish I could say I like kefir, but I don't.
