Guest guest
Kenda, This is exactly my thinking. If I ever get any symptoms of illness back at all, (which is rare), it is the brain fog, and it only comes right before my period when my hormones are all skewing this way and that....I've always thought my liver played a part in this, as the hormones are cleared by the liver. What exactly did you do to work on your sluggish liver? Did you use specific supplements to support the liver, or do specific therapies that targeted the liver, or a combination of both? Do you still have to do certain therapies to keep your liver in top shape? I've used coffee enemas and they seem to clear things out well, acting as a mild liver flush. I'm interested in what you've done. Thanks Kenda! Patty > >> > > > > > > > > > > > Opinions expressed are NOT meant to take the place of advice given by licensed > > health care professionals. Guest guest
- Thanks. That makes sense. I am not having trouble with the progesterone, I just don't want to get too high. I do however having trouble with detox and a sluggish liver is a good bet. Kathy -- In , Kenda Skaggs <kdskaggs@c...> wrote: > > Kathy, > > > > Your email just made me think about something.
