Kaiser had a number that was changed and then I called the new number, which had been changed and got hold of the other new number and someone answered, but it is as I thought, no one can do anything until a doctor assesses him and that will be on Tuesday that the doctor is contacted. The Hospice person that answered the phone said that if Jim is in discomfort, the nh can keep him comforted. She said she would call the nh and see how Jim seems to be doing, because the nh can ask the doctor to perscribe morphine for Jim to keep him in comfort. And that is where it stands until Tuesday.
