Guest guest
I would say its a herx reaction from the toxins, when Beth first started the epsom salt baths she broke out in a rash on her stomach. How did you eat it? How much garlic did you eat? What did you mix it with, anything?? That's something I need to increase in is raw garlic. Guest guest
I agree. When I first started started eating raw garlic, my lymph nodes in my neck would swell. You might want to cut the amount you are eating back until your body adjusts. Jen, did you speak to Dr. Leu about your reactions? Guest guest
I diced 5 big cloves, mixed it with red wine vinegar and mayo. I place it on bread with fresh tomatoes and feta cheese. Might I say, it was very good! Then I ate fresh parsely. Mindy > > Started the garlic today and broke out in a rash on my face (maybe > > hives). Guest guest
- Mindy sounds like a herxheimer to me. That means that toxins are being released as the garlic kills off pathogens. It is actually a good sign. Drink lots of water and hang in there. hugs kathy -- In , " sachsrealty " <sachsrealty@y...> wrote: > Started the garlic today and broke out in a rash on my face(maybe > hives). Guest guest
mindy Good idea. I will have to try it that way. I can't manage to get more than 2 cloves a day down. They really burn!
