I would say its a herx reaction from the toxins, when Beth first

started the epsom salt baths she broke out in a rash on her stomach.

How did you eat it?

How much garlic did you eat? What did you mix it with, anything??

That's something I need to increase in is raw garlic.

I agree. When I first started started eating raw garlic, my lymph nodes in my neck would swell. You might want to cut the amount you are eating back until your body adjusts.

I diced 5 big cloves, mixed it with red wine vinegar and mayo. I

place it on bread with fresh tomatoes and feta cheese. Might I say,

it was very good! Then I ate fresh parsely.

sounds like a herxheimer to me. That means that toxins are being

released as the garlic kills off pathogens. It is actually a good

sign. Drink lots of water and hang in there.

Good idea. I will have to try it that way. I can't manage to get

more than 2 cloves a day down. They really burn!
